a4 oil change?

I have a 1998 Camaro Z28 with 78K and I doub it that anybody change the transmission oil and was wondering If should change the oil before is too late or is already too late, because I heard some transmissions mess up after changing the oil after a while. And by the way if I change the oil what brand should I get?

You shoulf be safe changing the fluid. Make sure you get a filter kit for it, should have apan gasket with it. As for fluid any quality name brand will do as long as it says dexron on it.
