tires size please?

in 3 days i am going to purchase the boyd coddongton smoothie IIs 18X9 and i was wondering what tire size to get... some say 275/40 some say 245/40.. what sizes will fit and how will they look?... please help...

255/35/18's or 265/35/18's if it's a 9-inch rim. The second one is a hair taller and probably the closest to the stock tire height (so you don't have to get speedo/odometer adjusted). I like the look of the BFG KDW2's...

i went 275/35 front and 295/35 in the back and i think that was on a 9.5 inch rim and i also went with the bfg kdw2's and i love them

if you go 275 id personally get a 275/40, and im not sure if a 295 will fit on a 9inch rim but if it does and you get that get a 295/35, i had 275/40 and 275/35 the 35 has such a low profile it doesnt look good imo, however in a 295/35, which i have now, the sidewall is almost the same as a 275/40, that sounded more confusing then i intended

275/35-18 work well on 18x9
keeps the same overall diameter as stock tires.
