help car wont start

Last night was fooling aournd with the blinker it went out wouldnt go back on. now today i try to start the car and notheing. it won even turn over but yet everthing seems to be working. seems like the kill switch has be activitved but yet when i turn the arlam on and off with the swtich it semms like its working but car wont start, anyone get a idea.

I got it you wont belive this so i missing with it got me all pissed off right. so i look at the speedo and see the od is not ligting up so i am thinking that cant be it. so i check the fuse for the odometer and its blown so i switch it out with another 10amp and the f@@@@@@@@ thing started
