where can i get a new magazine that the cd's go in for my 12 disc changer ?

The stock 12 disc Monsoon changer magazine ('97-up F-Bodies) is interchangealbe with a Pioneer 12 disc magazine JD-T1212.

did you use this in your changer ? pioneer customer service says it want work

I didn't personally but many have. The JD-T1212 works but the JD-1212S does not.
