I have a 1997 chevy k1500 with a 5.7 vortec motor and a 4l60e transmission and the truck has a quite of bit power but i was wandering what i could do to make it have more power.. should i buy chip if so do you know any good ones
or what could i do any suggestion will be greatly apprieciated.. thanks

those bigger truck engines have major potential(SP) for power youve just got to uncork them. true duals are very easy on a truck since you dont have to worry about clearance, and there are so many places to tuck it up.
ive considered running a chip or programmer in mine but then i would have to use premium gas and i dont want to fill the 26gal. tank with premium.

Allen did a perf. tune on my 99SS and wifes 02 Tahoe Z71. Awesome gains..... :yup:
