Sorry to inform everyone but JOHN LOPER FINALLY LOST HIS 2 1/2 YEAR FIGHT AGAINST CANCER AT HOME THIS MORNING..................

HE WILL BE GREATLY MISSED...........HE HAS DONE ALOT FOR OUR SPORT IN THE PAST 40 YEARS!!!!!

IN A COUPLE OF MONTHES IT WILL BE TO 40th ANNIVERSARY OF HIS FIRST SPEED SHOP........

He was running deep in the 9's in the mid 60's with a injected SMALLBLOCK.:yup: He was also the first to use a wheelie bar......It was a shopping cart wheel from FoodCity were he worked!!!
