O2 Sensor question

Does anyone know what the thread size is for the O2 sendors on my 2001 5.3L silverado? I need to re-tap the hole for one of my sensors and I dont know what size tap I need to look for.

Should be a M18 x 1.5 pitch . I've seen a few 14 MM also but it's more likely to be an 18 MM.
