Transmission Swap M30 to M12

Good day to all,

I recently purchased a Holden (Chevrolet) Caprice SS. They only come with an automatic transmission the M30.
I recently purchased a M12 with most of the necessary part, but the local dealer here won't approach.

Does anyone have the procedures to do the above swap? Also what is the part number for the hydralic hose that is between the clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder?

I know no one probably knows the vehicle i am talkin about, but i was able to score some info on a CTS-v.

I got most of the torque ratings but i am still on the search for the hydraulic hose that connects the Clutch Master Cylinder to the Clutch Slave Cylinder.

Does any one know where i can find one?
