Does anyone know where to get the break light that says Trans Am for the wing like the ones they have for the camaro spoiler that says Z28

i think you have to get it custom made..i've never seen one that said trans am.

never heard anything good about custolight's customer service. Heard it took months to get them and they are expensive as hell. I custom did mine and it cost $2 ($1 for bird decal and $1 for gloss spray paint) you can see it in the avatar. I have more pics if you wanna see.

Well I bought my brake light off em. Shipping was fast and they gave me a dicount coupon for my next purchase. The guy running it seemed cool.

IMO, the 3rd brake lights on the custolight website look very spray painted and fugly.They may look better in person but I'm very unimpressed.

you should have used your credit card-and if you didnt get the product you could have call customer service an recorded the conversation and took em to court

guys, i just ordered about 300 bucks worth of lenses from custolight.com and i swear it was the best deal i ever made online. i only hear good things, except when i read this post. i was leary but i had to take the chance, i cant find their things anywhere. and im not the do-it-yourself-er type. i did try but the one brakelight i did, didnt compare to what they sent me. i dunno...
when i called too, the girl gave me a better deal than what was priced online. i think it was like 30 or 40 bucks cheaper. sent me all this free vinyl too. anyway...think her name was sandy. call up peeps!

You guys are a joke! You don't even have your business records straight. I have attained a copy from my bank of the International M.O that I sent and you received at the CHASE MANHATTAN BANK OF DELAWARE 1201 Market St.(so much for returning it LOL). I have all the documentation in front of me so don't try to change the story to suit you. Sandy Seladones is also the rudest person I have ever met in business. She will sware at you and call you names (nice customer service LOL). You no longer are able to email me as I have blocked you on my sender's list and have reported you as a fraudulent business. In all honesty, your company is the worst I have ever dealt with
and I really don't want to hear you whining and trying to regain your credibility for EXTREMELY poor customer service, business ethics and for not refunding my money especially since you never sent me anything. GOOD-BYE!

Since you are indeed a rep from Custolight you should stay on the site (hell maybe even become a sponsor) and try to repair the damage to some of your customers.

Nice try. Not only do I not know where the bank is that you say cashed it. If you were really "ripped off" like you say you were, then why haven't you contacted the better business bureau for your $100 and some dollars CHECK back.
What I dont understand is, if we took your money...even if it was $5.00, why wouldnt you contact us?
I have never even spoken to you on the phone. You are mistaken about that. I haven't been taking customer service calls for more than 10 months now because I travel and manage everything from the top.
PS. My email address is sandi@custolight.com, email me a scanned in image of your so called documents from the bank. I give you my word that I will look into it. Believe me, my word is good. There is no need for me to lie about taking someones money and not delivering product.
You dont have to worry about me emailing you. Im even surprised you replied being that you never answer emails.

I was not insulting a customer. If you've read the entire thread, you will know where we stand.
A little background: he insisted we cashed his "money order" that he sent for an order, we indeed received his "check", but we did not cash the check. We returned it after not receiving an email back that we had sent, we simply did not have his item in stock. He apparently had paperwork showing we cashed the "money order". I am quoting check and money order because he insisted it was a money order but we keep excellent records and it was a check. He noted a bank, we have no idea where that bank is. If someone got their hands on his check, it was not in Philadelphia- where we are located. Apparently it was in Delaware or someplace.
Either way, we have plenty of business from customers that we please daily. We do not force customers to place orders, they do because they know we have great products and great deals. I'm sorry to hear you will not be placing an order with us, but this is a clear example of "bad mouthing" from someone you probably do not know. Thank you.

Custolight is FREAKING OVERPRICED. a few years ago I was looking at getting the exact same thing. it was like 50 bucks, which was comparable. I was in Japan though so I didn't bother. then when I got stateside again and looked it up, it as like 150 or some crap! I'm going to get a vinyl eventually when I'm done with the speed stuff.

Well thats your opinion. We actually get alot of orders from Military personel while they are overseas on duty. Interesting. But Im sorry to see you didnt order. Take care.
But if there is something you are interested in, I ALWAYS give soldiers a great amount off of our prices.
