Im racing a 2005 mustang with a considerable amount or bolt ons.
intake, exhaust, headers,H pipe, throttle body, underdrive pully and a predator tuner.
I have a 2002 ws6 with 13000 miles on it
when i first bought it i ran a 13.7 at 106 bone stock
now my mods are as listed and i ran a 12.9 at 108 on streetr tire but i hooked up pretty good.
lid
k+n filter
lm exhaust
4.11 gears
free ram air mod
TB bypass

My question is what do you think i should run with a 100 shot nx express wet system. and a set of nitto drag radials. thanks alot

you will kill him with 100 shot and Nittos. If he knows how to drive and its a manual he should run a 12.60 to 12.80 with the mods listed and if he has a 4.10 gear at about the same mph as you now.

12.60 to 12.80, I dont think so,he never mentions the 05 has 4.10's to start with, secondly, I was just at the track with a friend with a 02 GT, yes I know its lower on stock HP, but he was running 4.10's, full exhaust with headers, not cats, tune, and 100 shot of NOS,(which now puts him higher HP than the 05) his best time was 13.30, and it probably was about 50 degrees out that night

I know he didnt say he had them I was just stating if he does have 4.10 his car has the potential to run high 12s. I have a 99 gt that runs mid 13s all day with gears, pullies and M.T. tires and thats it. So if a 05 has full bolt ons if it cant run high 12s there something wrong with driver or car. I race at just over 1000 ft above sea level so that is what I am basing my times on. I dont know what everyone else is at.

the key thing you have is M.T. tires, he is not going to pull 1.77 60' times with stock tires more like 2.1 or 2.2, right there that would add 3 to 4 tenths on a run and in your case, with your best run, it would put your times up high 13's close to 14, instead of 13.45. From what I've been told (weight and drag play a part in it too, either plus or minus) you can usually figure that for every tenth you gain, you need 10 HP, so in order for a 300 HP high 13's car in stock form , he would need to be around 400 horse, and his mods would not be close to that, I just read that a 01 or 02 Rousch Mustang was only running 12.9, I would figure with his mods he is still mid 13's, the times you figure for him put the car in the same speeds as newer Cobra's
