With the mods in my sig, my SS put down 463/402 on a mustang dyno going through LM exhaust. it was first dynod back in may. after a slight accident where i had to replace my trans and hedders, i had the car dumped with 3" bullets and turndowns. the car re-dyno'd made 457/397. this was once again on the same mustang dyno. are these numbers good? ive been told by numerous people that the power that i lost is right in the dyno error range and also that the weather in july from may could have played a big part too.

i know dyno #s really dont mean anything but how do mustang dynos compare loss wise to dynojets?

I think you're putting down some pretty good numbers. I wouldn't worry about a 5 or 6 HP/TQ difference the July heat compared to May could easily account for that. It's also easy to loose 5HP between dyno runs as the motor heats up. Quite often (unless there's a tuning change) like the track, the first run is the best. Regarding the Mustang vs Dynojet subject, this subject was covered in another post, but they are both good depending a lot on the operator and the
correct info being input. I'm not sure what you mean by "compare loss wise",
and I would suggest that dyno #'s do mean something especially when you are tuning for maximum output.
