If i go with a 90mm throttle body, will it fit the hose/tubing of a K/N or Voolant CAI?

Stock one....yes.
SLP....no.

Which baffle are you using between the MAF and the current TB??

It should work.

I use a Fernco bellow from home depot. 3" to 4" coupling. 85mm MAF to 90MM FAST TB.
