Ok just got my car back today with all the mods it sounds sick and I love it. Heres my confusion. I raced my buddy 3 times 30-90 and was dead even. His car: 99 TA M6 lid,exhaust,5.0 shifter....My car should have near 400ish at the wheels...WTF?!?!? I just dumped 5k into this thing :ar:

sorry i didnt realized I didnt have a sig here, got LT's,3400 stall, 3.73's, 3" true duals, 1.6rr's, heads/cam few other stuff

Damn dude, I hate that for you. Should have gotten an LS1 and dumped 5k into it. You would be a helluvalot faster.

I raced a guy with an 00 Z28 with a magnaflow CB and lid, put a bus on is ass at 120.

Plan of action, sell that heavily modded Z for 10 grand, get a used lightly modded 99+ LS1 for 8 grand, dump 2 grand in gears and cam. Problem solved.

that's shitty, i know a guy with a 95 lt1 who put about 1000 into air-flow mods and it keeps up with modded ls1's.

just dont know. I need to get it dyno tuned and take it from there and see what I can find out. Somethings not right

well if we were talkin strictly bolt ons than yes ur right...but since hes got a h/c package...lt1's and ls1's with h/c packages put down almost virtually the same numbers
