Bottle location

Where does everyone who has nitrous put their bottle? I was thinking about mounting it over the driveshaft tunnel because I have a t-top. The bottle has to be mounted on the brackets for the proper flow right? Any other suggestions?

I put mine in the sparetire compartment, Cut a 8"x16" piece of 3 1/4" particle board out and paint it flat black. That will fit perfectly in the compartment and at the right angle. Put the board in there and than put the bottle on it for a refference as to were to mount the brackets. Take the board out and mount the bottle brackets to the board using bolts, nuts and washers. Now mount the board in the compartment using a couple long drywall screws ( you can see about were to screw these through the board and through the body ) I think it is 1 at the top right and 2 at the bottom. Now for a little more security use 2 L brackets and mount the on the board close to the left hand side. Screw the bracket to the board and also to the metal body of the car. Mount the bottle to the brackets and have the valve pointing down. Looks good and fits like a glove.
