Maybe Someone Here Can Help Me Im Getting P0131 And P0132 And Its A O2 Sensor But I Dont Know Wich Side And If I Can Correct It With A Carbu Clean And Some Air Pressure Like I Been Told Or Should I Just Replace It

Driver side front sensor. Odd thing is your gettin a low voltage, and a high voltage, trouble codes from the same sensor. You can try cleaning it and if that doesnt work then replace the sensor.
