Casting number 12551561 is an aluminum LT1 head. By definition it is reverse-flow. It requires an LT1 manifold or a substantially modified early manifold. The runner spacing is the same but there is a difference in the location and angle of the innner manifold bolts. Only the four corners are interchangeable.
