installed mine about 39k after I bought my Z, wish I had done it that day. WORTH EVERY PENNY! just be aware of different styles/manufactures as they will effect your ground clearance. :nana:

I had a pair of Global West subframe connectors put on. Again, worth every penny. Also, not problems with ground clearance (car has Eibach pro-kit springs) and no problems with them in the way of anything.

im running BMR weld ins...and ive got Eibach sportlines and Bilstein HD's....no real clearance problems anymore...spent lots of time and money fixing clearance problems though...mostly to do with exhaust

Do you mean the BMR's caused clearence problems with the exhaust?

lrader99

no..clearance problems...because of the way the exhaust was routed with the Eibach sportlines...after the sportlines and bilsteins settled it was just over a 2" drop

I can't attest to which is best, but I had BMR weld-on's installed the week I got my car, as well as a Spohn STB and all new poly bushings, and it was some of the best money I have spent on my car.... hands down..

Where do you go to get them welded in? A body shop? What kinda money we talking to get them welded? I thought about going to an exhaust shop but I don't think the welder they use is capable of doing the job....

I've installed bolt on SFC's, reinforced panhard bar, new LCA's, strut tower brace and Eibach springs. My car is a T-Top and it feels really tight now and handles great, SFC's really helped, do it, you won't be sorry!

they are worth their weight in gold i just put the bolt in on my 01 and i only have a little squeak from the t-top. the bolt in are more money but the allow you to get the connector where you want it before you weld.
