Hi, Iam going to be rebuilding my 95 lt1 soon. It will be 383 or 396 forged bottom end. I will be running 12, 15 psi of boost. what is the best intake that I can run. I cant seem to find much for it? thanks..

The only other intake (other than stock) is an LT4. If I'm wrong someone will correct me. The best thing you can do is to have the stock one ported and polished, and matched to the heads. IMO

Will it be worth it price wise?? Compared to what you'll pay for a good P&P job.

GO TO WWW.TPIS.COM AND CHECK OUT THE MINI RAM MANIFOLD. IF YA GOT THE BUCKS IT IS WORTH IT. THEY HAVE THE HP AND TORQUE NUMBERS TO BACK IT UP. I WILL BE GETTING ONE SOON.

I don't think that will work on an LT1. That set up is for the TPI motors.

If I was going to go with anything other than a non-factory type intake on our cars, there is no question what would be the best choice. Single plains have been proven very effective on our motors, setup for multi port injection with a central throttle body.

Bret recommends the Super Vic, but you can use the Victor Jr if you are worried about hood clearance issues.
