hey man those stock times seem a little high, and that mph is pretty low, what altitude you at? i have a 99 m6 with stock gear. i didn't run it stock but i did the pacesetter LT's and 3in. tsp true duals with x pipe and sweet thunder muffs and ran a 13.1 @ 112.22, but that was with a 2.3xx 60'. i was on street tires.

13.73 is my fastest... at 102. Only thing done to it right now is an LG lid that doesn't seal right at the moment... and its humid as hell here too.

I only ran 13.7 sec. at 104mph when my car was close to stock too. I don't think your times are that bad. I see a plethora of 98+ F Bodies in the 14's when I go to the track (Slight altitude). If you get longtubes and a freer flowing catalytic converter my guess is that you will need a tune. If all that is done you should be trapping around 106-107mph, and running somewhere in the low 13's, maybe even squeak into the 12's.
