i have a 96 Trans am LT1 , and i was wandering about the tb bypass, and what it is? I was looking at my car and there is nothing hooked up to the feed and return on my tb, no hose or not even plugged off, and just wandering if this will hurt anything?

I'm not sure about a 96 LT1....on the LS1's the engineers routed the coolant through the TB. Obviously we are all busting boody to get COLD air into the engine so we re-routed the coolant around the TB. This "mod" may not apply to a 96.

the lt1 cannot use a tb bypass. sorry bud

You Can Do The Bypass On A Lt1. I Have It On My 96. The Easiest Way To Do It Is Get The Kit Off Of Ebay. Everything Already Set Up For It. And They Are Cheap.
