i have a 96 trans am lt1 6 speed k & n cold air intake with a short shift, and i need to know what a high flow bellow is for ? i am not sure if i have one on my car or not!

It is the rubber tube connection between your engine and lid ...you have a ribbed one already---another waste of money unless you are doing it for looks...a cheap one is a FERNCO from home depot or lowes...it will be smooth...
