somewhat modded tiburan

well my buddy has had his tiburan for about a year or more, he has put a lot of munny into it as for as stereo, wheels, headers, intake, cat-back, and just paying for the new car , by the way it is the v6

when i saved up the money for my 2000 camaro z28 a4 went to gateway ran a 13.1 and had to give him a call since he THOUGHT his car ran 12,s

i was really sure it didn't, my guess would be high 14's

well i was at wal-mart getting ready to stop when i heard his anoying ass car, it is pretty loud and soulds like shit, well i caught up to him and he started revving it up, found a two lane stop light , he looked over and said lets run em, well i think i hurt his feelings pretty bad when i left him sitting at the light, ran up to 40 mph then slowed down for him, he cought up and hit the gas, he got 2 cars in front the i hit the pedal, soom enough i passed him, pulled over to the gas station and talked alittle, he wants to do head work and bottom end work, well good luke to him he is gonna need everything he can get to keep up with the mighty ls1,

before i ran my car at gateway i didn't say what i thought it ran, but i did tell people that those cars stock should run 13.5 14.0 range

there is also a guy in my town that always talks about his n/a 2.0 neon that ran 11's yea never seen that car, he also says he had a 440 engine turn 900hp with TITANIUM crank,& rods that turned 9,000 rpm, i am a big mopar (old school) fan and i have also never seen his engine or heard of a titanium crank, he drives a busted up 96 s10 so i think he is more of a dreamer then a prove you wrong type of person

I disrespected a kid in his tiburon who thought it was fast
He was going to race me because he thought it was fast and I wasnt going to waist my gas. So as i was leaving the parking lot I hear the little insect fly up behind me really quick and I see him in rear view like hes about to rear end me. SO I droped down to 1st, floored it and kicked rocks on his hood until I was sideways then drove off slowly
Later that day he crashed it racing.

You low elavation bastards. LOL. I remember my stock T/A running 13.8 stock up here in Texas. Then I added a SLP intake pac ,cat back, cut out, and performance chip and running 13.48. Now I got a STS so I should Finaly be in the 12s.
It no fair living here in texas. Hot, dry and high elevation.

I mean really it sucks that you can cut off about a second at sea level.

I toasted a "modded and slammed" V6 Tiburon with a stock 04 Saturn Red-Line! Those are fricking mini-van motors in the Tib's. To make a Tiburon fast you would need to bolt in a LS1.

kyleLS1, hey you live maybe half an hour away, I live in herrimann/riverton, you should come out to the midnight drags if you get a chance, out at RMR, out here a stock LS1 with free mods, get about 14.3-14.6, shitty huh. oh well that just means the ricers are running like 22.0 anyway see you around.
