Who would win:81 cutlass vs 01 v6 stang?

I just got back from a car show and this dumbass packy is saying that his 99-03 v6 mustang could beat me.
My mods are:
'79 350 sbc
plug wires
K&N
cherry bomb muffler
2 month old brand new rear tires(245/60/14's)

His mustang is stock with the 5-speed and he can't shift worth a shit.
I'm suppost to meet him at 10 tonight and i was wondering if i should put any money on this.

Well if it makes you feel any better about the race... My friend in his beat up '92 Passat destroyed an '02 V6 Stang! He was running on 3 bald tires and had a ton of engine problems, and he beat that thing clean and clear...

V6 stang i think wins... not that they are fast, but them early 80s olds and chevy's can't get out of their own way either... I saw a 80 chevy caprice w/ a 305 get smoked by a 3.1 L V6 Grand Am Automatic w/ all of 155 HP at the crank... Just sad i tell you... just sad.

I owned an 87 Monte Carlo w/ a 350 and i got smoked by a V6 Mitsubishi Diamante w/ a rod knock and burning oil...

v6 stangs still have over 200 ponies...
