Ok im getting a Cam, torque converter, and headers on my WS6 and was wondering if any of you guys had a preference on the type i should get... and I have a friend that has a ws6 and he put a cam that was too big and it made the car have some lag... so what size cam should i get, and for the torque convertor what would be better the 3000 or 3500 stall kit? id appreciate any kind of input. thanks!

Cam all depends on what you want. There are a lot of supporting mods to a cam that you need to consider like pushrods, valvesprings, locks, and retainers. Check our Thunder racing one of the sponsors. I run a TR230 230/224/ .575.565 on a 110 lsa. Very big cam and with my heads and full bolt on's plus a built LS6, I put down 500 rwhp before I dropped the compression from 11.5 to 8.8. Thunder lists some Dyno charts and cam specs and details and I found it very helpful when shopping around.

for a good overall performing cam, something like a 224/224 with a 3500 rpm stall cant be beat.
i have the 224/224 with a 3000 rpm stall.
no lag at all and with slicks i can hit high 11s.
