motor mounts ?

i am putting a ls1 in a 95 4-wheel drive chevy truck.i am trying to find motor mounts.can anyone help?

I don't have a direct source right now, but you may want to look into the late model trucks. They use variants of the LSX. The trucks and escalade for instance use the 6.0l variant, some have the 5.3l, etc.

What I don't know is how much the frames have changed on the C/K trucks from '95 to present style. ('98-'05) If the frames are about the same the mounts should/may work.

They may still need a bit of fabbing or welding but they may be agood starting point since the other end is designed for LSX engines.

I do think the mounts for the original are at the wrong locations so atleast it means cutting them off and welding the others on.

Maybe others know of kits for this.
