This thread and your other thread are for the same issue. In the first one you indicated trouble idling.

In this one it's a rumbling/vibration?

Check the A/C clutch. If it's bad it could cause a vibration when engaged.

Do you think it's caused by an external source like the A/C causing an engine vibration or do you think the idle itself is not working right? How does it react at other engine speeds? What does the tach do when the A/C is engaged?

Just at idle? I had mine makin some really cool noises that i could only hear at idle and it turned out that i had leaves stuffed in the blower..
Took 5 mins too clean out and it was good too go..
Under the pass. dash there are three bots holdin it up in there and then pull it down too make sure its clean.

Need to pinpoint the noise better than that.

your a/c compressor has gone bad. I've gone through 3 and decided to pull it all out after the third. Kinda regretting it with the 100 degree weather now. But most likely it's the compressor for sure. Take off your serpentine belt and right below the belt tensioner is the a/c compressor. Spin it and see if it clicks or grinds

A bad cooling fan can do that too. Had one on a LT1 car that rumbled to whole front end whenever it came on. Cheap fix.

I figured the vibration might be normal since my car has been like it from the time I bought it. I did by it second hand though.
