well, finally today l went and got my new ride.. it is beatiful, and l have to say pretty quick. l definetely need a short shifter.. factory shifter sucks! this car's interior is amazing.. rides smooth.. sounds good. l love her..

i just saw the gt350-h today..one of the top guys at my job rented it(#38) i can say i would have thought they would have done a cleaner job with building these .....it was cool but the original grill was left under the billet one,and the stripping job was real bad

actually l thought about this, maybe you guys can help me too. l thought about putting black stripes and black bullit replica wheels and tint the windows.. would that look good or should l just leave it the way it is now?

my wheels were special order, 18'' aliminium polished bullit wheels.

I think it would look good, but nobody would think you had anythign to do with it. Ford is doing a lot of similar stuff to those mustangs before they sell them, so people will think it just came that way :dunno: I love the wheels the way they are

well l thought aboout excatly the same rims but black. the reasion l wanted to put black bullits on cuz l wanted to have black stripes and 20% tint but l might not change anything since everyone liked the car they way iit looks now.

It looks good :dunno: You can tint it up, that always looks good. I actually elected not to tint my Z though, for some reason the crystal clear glass looks good to me, and it's unique not to tint nowadays. Man I wish my back window was tinted though, headlights from behind are killer without tint on the rear

I was being a smart ass. Nice car, but I guess we cannot bust each others balls around here. Sorry if you took it the wrong way, I meant no disrespect. I would put a black 'GT 350' type stipe at bottom from wheel to wheel. Keep the wheels. Black hood (not stripes) might look killer too like the BOSS 302s and others had.

I like the way they brought back the retro style... your rims look good .. if youre goin to change anything get a hot ground effects kit ..they make some really aggressive and mean looking ones.. not too expensive .. and itll make your car stand out from every other mustang like that ..

I went to SEMA last year and I have to say just about every othe modification booth had one of these .. on steroids looking badass .. I cant wait till they bring the new camaro out and the challenger to see what mods and all will be made to boost the numbers on those as well

Body styling for that car or any other high performance car has been around decades before "ricers" ever took from it and used it. Aerodynamics.. aggressive looks.. why do you think back in 82-92 base line v6 camaros had no side skirts.. no hood louvers... no rear spoiler.. bump up into a z28 and wow what do you get .. all of the above.. its about enhancing what you cant get from the dealer .. or what you cant afford.. why do you think the saleen version has all of the body enhancements.. I suppose those are rice too huh?

Totally bad ass designs .. see through glass roof.. I love camaros always have.. but Ill give credit where credit is due whoever is doing the design is doing an amazing job at ford.

no offense but your stock Gt doesnt come close to the look and styling of the higher end models.. just speaking bodywise .. all else aside.. you could easily give it this look for barely any money

Just drop it a bit and put the Saleen S/C hood on it with better exhaust and you'll be set. The ones I drove felt weak, but I'm sure a few mods could take car of that part. I'd still go with a 04 Mach1 or Cobra if I was going to buy a Mustang though. IMO the S/C Saleen is the cheapest worth while new Mustang and at that price I'd rather have a C6.

I really love the retro styling since those old 60s and early 70s models were amazing. I hope they wind up doing as nice a job on the camaro. Also, the Dodge Challenger looks promising. MHO

saleen is bone stock like that.. mustangs came bone stock with nothing.. and l saw some people put some bdy kits on and l didnt like the car. it gave the car fatter look and kinda import look..

l definetely think new mustangs looks like muscle car alot more than saleens does.

Nice ride doodad. I considered the same car before I got my WS6. I would go with the stripes and leave the wheels. Those are nice! I would also paint the rear panel black and as far as the body mods go, the ricers copied the muscle cars so to hell with them, all they got going is the looks they stole from us.

I didn't think the shifters on the new GT's were so bad, I figured they had improved the design since the previous gen, guess not lol. I'd definitely go with a Pro 5.0 shifter to replace the stock unit, they are awesome shifters, especially in Mustangs.

my 2 cents..

Slam the car about 3 inches.. limo tint the windows... gunmetal stripes... possibly lose the spoiler... if you wanna change the rims stay with the 18's or have them powdercoated gunmetal as well.. black is becoming cliche.. however i would have them leave the chrome lip on the wheel if you powdercoat it...

and actually i think they have a louvre kit for the rear window.. looks clean on the stangs...

I dunnno man... have fun with it... mustangs have a huge aftermarket
