Hello all,
I'm starting to regain interest in modding my 99 SS #1339. Got it new and loved driving and polishing it the first few years. It has mostly sat the last 2 years, next to its 1969 Z/28 cousin.
I've had the '69 since 1978: Daytona Yellow, X33, spoilers, Cowl Induction, tilt, deluxe interior, M21 close ratio, 4:56 rear, 45,100 miles now, bought it with 38K showing. It's mostly original, engine has never been out or apart.
My 99 is a Hugger Orange A4 with White Leather interior, all stock except for a K&N. Never had the '69 to the (legal) strip, but the 99 runs consistent 13.42/105's right now. I'm going to try to dip into the 12's by fall if all goes well. I'm sure I know some of the guys here, and sure to meet a few new friends also.
