Hey I found this, and I am going to do it to my Bird. Though you guys might like to see it. Looks pretty cool.
The blue neons will go in the nostrols to match the car.
And I really like the turn signal idea.

somebody else posted that up, and while i think it's a unique idea it's one that can easily be over-done and then look terrible. Go in witha plan and a good color combo. Think "less is more" and try to dull the lights just a bit so they have more of an aura and less of an in your face, ricey look. good luck.
