Which injectors would be a better choice the svo 30#ers or the racetronix's 32#ers? Car has full boltons w/ s2 5.3 heads and a f-11 cam.

Could you elaborate on the specs of your MAF & other fuel upgrades Pump system etc. as well as what you are using for tuning?? Oh and are your 42# inj's low or high impedance??
Thanks,
Brad

SVO injectors are more than fine even running at the rwhp/rwtq figures stated in my sig. I'm @ no more than 90% duty cycle using these. Normal is to try and hold your injector duty cycle to around 85%.
Over the winter I will be upgrading entire engine to the AFR Tony Mamo recipe and will either be going with the 36# or SVO42#. This setup should get me well into the UPPER 400 rwhp/rwtq range - N/A (if recipe followed correctly this has been proven on numerous cars) Oh, and I also have the Racetronix PnP Walbro Pump.
There is an injector sizing formula that I can't seem to find at the moment - I'll look a little further and get back...

from reseraching more and more, the 32 and 37 # injectors are a pain in the ass to tune! The rule of thumb from what ive see is 30's for boltons and mild cams and 42's for bigger cams and also heads. I personally will be going with the 42's because like Ed mentioned, they work so much better and they're easy to tune! Better to have a little bit more than enough injector than not enough. If all goes well, i dont plan on having my injector duty cycles over 80% at any given point.

MAF is stock. I was running a Walbro 255, Hptuners and the 42's are high impedance.
It was able to support almost 500 rwhp on FI.
Now I run 60# Mototron injectors with the Racetronix Plug and Play system. Using their wiring harness.

You guys have any good threads (or tutorials) for more reading on fuel injectors? I just bought an LT1 that needs 'em replaced. The engine is otherwise stock, and I understand that if it stays that way, it needs to get the stock injectors put in. The only thing is that if I'm going to replace them anyway, I don't understand why it's that much more hassle to buy bigger injectors, tune accordingly, and then if major modification are done later, I can retune and get the full benefit of the bigger injectors.
