Hey guys, quick question. Are there any major consequences if i have two different brands of tires with different tread life? Reason i would do this is b/c i have a set of goodyears f1 supercars on the back (295/35/18) with about 50%tread life left and one of them got a nail stuck too much on the edge to where it cannot be fixed. :mad: I was looking for a used one locally but couldn't find any of the same brand or size. TIA for any info :)

i'd make sure i have same tires per axle... ie front ones identical (l+r) and rear identical (l+r), but front could be different to rear

Id Match them up also (per axle)

I run Mich on the rear.

They seem to grip better than the f1

But I run f1's one the Front.

Hope it helps, my car seems to find nails also
