alright so I bought a 2000 Formula 4spd auto 3 days ago.... I was wondering where some of you guys like to get your performance parts and such.... please letme know any help is appreciated, thank you - Lance

Thank you very much.... By the way i was a ford guy...had an 89 5.0... sold it got the formula and yesterday i killed a 1995 5.0 so i am happy with the move lol

welcome to the other side. Just do some searches, read a lot, and ask some questions and you'll figure out the mod stuff. The first mod has to be zaino. :D

Personally I like using Thunder Racing and Speed inc. Suspension I like the LG Stuff personally.
