Ya might want to check the rotors, the factory ones warp pretty easily, and if you didn't replace, or at least have them turned, they'll eat your new pads. To just fix the squeak though go to Autozone or Advance Auto and put a 99 cent packet of brake lube, you may have to squirt some on them every month, but it'll fix it

you don't have to buy new ones, just get your's turned @ autozone.

A couple of things could be causing the squeak issue. The two most common are rotors or the pads vibrating on the caliper. I would remove the pads and put a very very thin film of anti-sieze on the backing plates of the pads on any spot they will make metal to metal contact with the caliper. Try that first and if doesn't cure your problem it is most likely the rotors from not being turned. Good luck!

a bit of grease on the back of the pads works great too...

when you say turned, do you mean get them shaved?

Yes, you will need to have them machined on a brake rotor lathe.
