Hi Guys,
I bought a '02 Z-28 LS1 a few months back to replace a near-perfect '96 Nissan 300ZX that was getting more difficult to fall in and climb out with my old guy aches and pains. My new toy is a 35th Anniversary edition, automatic, and only has 35k miles - and I'm crazy about it. Took it through a 30k mile check up at a local Chevy/Cadillac dealer, and also had the brake lines flushed. I know a few of the techs, and they liked the overall condition of the car - and particularly the Rally Red finish.
Have joined several Camaro/F-body/LS1 forums to research and learn more about my new baby, plus determine if a stiff accererator pedal, tight steering, and and a cold start tick are all normal for a 2002 LS1. And, if not, to do something about it.
Joined this forum today, and look forward to some research and lurking, then maybe later I can take a more active role, like I've done the last few years with the Eldorado and 300ZX forums.
Glad I'm here!
