Bodykit = Wings West if I recall correctly. Not 100% because I never researched a kit.
Wheels = Smoothie II's from Boyd Coddington I believe. 18's.

It is a great looking bird for sure.
Couple things I would have left off, but pretty damn clean. I wish my paint looked like that. :yup:

Your bird looks pretty sick too! I think I might like your wheels better but I actually like the body kit. What type are your wheels? And what size?

So that ws7 is srock ride height? Is it just the 18" wheels that fill in the wheelwells?

What is a ws7 anyway?

Jon7I2
02-25-2007, 11:46 AM
WS7 means that it was a stock t/a (not ws.6) from the factory, and the owner turned it into a WS.6 via hood/rearbumber. The term WS7 is imparting the fact that the owner had the the hood/bumber put on aftermarket. It is a nifty little tool to not "copy" a ws.6 yet still have pride in ur hood/bumper. There r aslo ws7 badges that u can buy to slap on ur car, if u so wish.

Not worth the cash after spending all that money on forced induction. At least, I'm guessing thats the reason, for that monstrosity in the first place.

Mr. Luos
03-09-2007, 10:05 PM
That would require a roots style blower.
And I don't believe that hood would hide it.

Might be wrong though for the LT1 cars.

Secret Formula
03-09-2007, 10:09 PM
You make a good point. I think I remember seeing blown LT1's that benifit from that setup however. I might be wrong though.

ya dont worry, i will paint the hood eventually, im not gonna leave it black. no supercharger on it, i just have a ram air intake on it. im eventually gonna get a procharger for it after i get enough money to build a 383 stroker for it and put a procharger on it, thats gonna take me a while!

My car stepped on some road debris and bent one of my stock rims.
So I finally had an excuse to go out and by my baby some new shoes.

These are 17 x 9 ASA JS5 rims from Tire Rack with 275/40 BFG g-Force Sport tires. Cause I'm a lazy ass bastard, I went with chrome rims that cover the lug nuts (easier to clean). Included one pic of the old rims for comparison.

Thanks guys. I used to have rivetted ACR M-sports and they were a pain in the ASS to clean, so i went with the non-rivetted. And the prokit is definitely not as bad as everyone says...atleast for me. I havnt had any major problems with clearance. Only thing that, rarely, hits is the front air spoiler under the car.

ill need to post new pictures of my car... it's now dropped and it has less than a PINKY on all four corners as far as space go... it's low :tap:, it rides real good, I got 275 all around, but im still switching to 18's c6 Z06 with 315 in the rear for performance cause I do notice a bit of a slowdown :(

One of the nicer looking modded grand ams. Glad to see people can still mod 4/6 cyl cars and keep them looking good at the same time.

How much did you pay for the full setup?? And was it hard to install and how much of a drop was it?
