How much money does it take to get our cars consistently into the 10's? I was having a "discussion" with someone who owns a different kind of car, and I could really use some figures!

from what i can gather about 20k-25k roughly but thats pretty cheap considering a friend of mine has a supra and has put about 90k in it to he says hopefully run 11's?
