upgrades.....what to expect??????

i just installed my magnaflow exhaust.....also upgrading to a ls6 intake manifold, but while i was there, decided to upgrade my pcv to the ls6 system.....valley cover and plugs get here tomorrow, will install then..but
my question....what should i expect at start up?????

will i need a tune to eliminate the egr?....will the car run??????will it run crapy?????will i be disapointed after all the money and time????

Can't help you on the LS6 pcv system since I haven't done that mod but it is a better system. LS6 intake is a worth while mod. Personally, I would go ahead and get a ported/polished throttle body and smooth bellows to finish off the intake side. The car will run fine without the EGR but you'll have codes until you have them removed with an editor. When I pulled my EGR off I found I had to smooth the timing tables some because I was seeing a little knock but I've read where other people didn't have that problem.
