Hey y'all,
I'm just wondering, with all these crazy kill stories from people, what kinda mods most have? I got a mostly stock 00 trans am (only a magnaflow exhaust), and wonder how I'd do against the people you all run up against? Just wanna know how I'd stack up, stock car and all....nobody even tries to race me....kinda lame. I'm just out for fun, and I guess the sound alone scares em off. hehehe

I dont know yet. The first time i went to the 8th mile track i found out my stock clutch slipped in 1st and 2nd gear, finally gripping as i let go of the throttle. The exedy racing clutch went in saturday. It holds up to 500tq. Im just breaking it in right now and then i'll go back to the track for times. What mods do you have?:drivin:

mopar- adjustable wastegate, re-mapped computer, 3.0 bar MAP and TIP sensors, 600+cc injectors(all stage 2 kit) and mopar short throw and BOV. Some motor mount inserts, Open downpipe with electronic cutout, 2.5in intake(killing me). And the typical aftermarket rims, springs, gauges, turbo timer. I need to get some pics up friday since im off!!

I have a CCA 28.5X9.5X4in intercooler, and HKS SSQ blow off valve.
13.5@105 in teh heat. Trying 24in slicks next time.:wall: Should be high 12s after the intercooler in good weather on street tires. Then NXintercooler spray round winter.

I've got more than a few mods, but less than too many on my SRT. I need to get to the track one of these days. I'd like to see traps around 117, but it all will depend on track prep and how many runs I can get in.
