Help, Tranny DipStick won't budge..

It seems like it is not unlocking when I flip the lock. I have pulled as hard as I can on it and it doesn't move at all... Whats going on?

I had the same problem with mine but it's been so long ago I don't remember what I did to get it out. I think you after you flip the lever you have to kinda push in on it a little bit and then use your other hand to pull the stick out. After I got mine out I oiled the mechanism and have never had a problem with it since. Maybe shoot a little wd-40 into the mechanism and see if that helps you. I'll keep trying to remember exactly what I did and post back if I remember.
