what do you think aboutthe price on this 02 z28

my parents are going to trade in their 02 z28 t-tops a4 loaded sunset metallic orange with leather 75k miles a few mods mostly new grille and the free mods you can do yourself which i told my dad about,tradeing it in for a minivan. more for the grandkids. i owned a 00 z28 which got my dad hooked on the car so he bought an 02 well they offered to sell it to me for what they owe on it and that is 4900. i think it is a good price what do you guys think?

ya i knew it was a good deal. just wanted to rub it in a little i guess. hahaha. but the history is good only thing is there is a small dent on the rear bumper. that is all other than that it is going to be my toy to put on alot of aftermarket stuff on. later
