The car put down 471hp an 455tq at 5800rpms. I think you should do the Berger panel I love it on mine.

Thanks for the compliments. Why do you guys question the car being a real SS? Is it because the car has been modified? It is a real SS it has a WU8 code on the door sticker. I would not have wasted the money on an SS hood just to hack it up to install the charger. An I dont even like the satin ZR-1 wheels so there is no chance I would pay the money for those.

Read though this thread again and wonder who is hating. We just asked a simple question nobody is hating and trust me nobody here is jealous. Could never be jealous over another f-body. Two much respect for each other.:rolleyes:

Nice job and good numbers. The only thing I don't like about the Vortec system is that you can't really even see the engine much less get to anything when you need to do maintenance. Otherwise, it's a great system.

Im guessing vols chick is the wife b/c she is the model in one of the pics of the car lol. I dont get what the big deal is, SS or z/28 knock off. I mean... change the exhaust, suspension, and some looks and you have an SS. About the Sunset Orange, hood decal would not look to great, but if you got the actual scoop painted black, that would look good.

Yes vols chick is my g/f. The SS or knock off SS isnt a hugh deal its just that when you pay the money that a SS brings over a z you want that extra respect that comes with one of the most feared packages in muscle car history. Like has been repeated many times in this post both or great cars an deserve the utmost respect. Thanks for the compliments guys an girls

Much love for the f-bodies, but you get extra brownie points with me if have an LS1, its a camaro, and its artic white. Doesn't really matter Z or SS because I believe once you have changed everything anyways suspension, engine, trans and rearend its only pretty much looks. But I do agree if you spent the extra money on an SS you should still get the proper respect.
