View Full Version : hidden cupholder/secret switches.

I was thinking about the useless secret cupholder on the passangerside that swings out the other day, and though about how that would be a great place to hide some nitrous switches. anyone else think of this yet? and if so do you have any pictures?

I think it would be to flimsy, n if you break it you have to replace the entire center consol. It was a 600 dollar waranty part for me.

flimsy maybe, but it's not like your going to be sitting the nitrous tank in it, just the switches so i think it would break or anything. Plus it's attached to the console basically by snapping in, so it wouldn't hurt hte console, at worse you'd have to get a new cupholder.

wouldnt the wires be getting pulled and pinched when opening and closing it... why not just put them in the center console, its hidden and easily accessable...

I put my master arm switch in the bottem of my ash tray, fit nicely (WOT fire). Purge button (when I get around to installing purge kit) will also fit in there...probably going to put bottle warmer switch inside console with pressure gauge. lol

Im using windowswitches center console plate and it kicks ass. Although mine says z28 on it. Tis tres PIMPO

That cupholder isn't pointless! I use that cup holder more than the one in the center of the console.

yea with the one in the center, if you have a M6 its USELESS for a cup, good for a cellphone or random shit, but not a cup, i always use the passenger's one for my drinks
