i think he means black w/ polished (chrome) lip. but if thats what u mean, then ya, thatll look sweet

I saw some on ebay that said black chrome. Everything was black, no chrome lip. It was the first time I saw them and they looked pretty good. I think it was $1300 for brand new rims and some badass tires, but I cant remember what brand tires.

There is a process for Black Chrome. The use them on BMX bikes, the paint doesn't get good grip on the black...but does on chrome. They developed a way to chrome stuff black.
