Is this the complete Stage 8 kit?

(6) 3/8 - 16x1 Locking Collector Bolts

Locking Exhaust Kit

Is this the complete kit for installing my headers? Or am I missing some?

My stage 8 kit had 8 bolts, the lock piece(8) and the snap on piece(8) to keep the lock piece on it.
