Hello all! I found this forum while doing research on a fix for the manual skip shift annoyance. Lots of great info here. There are fixes for problems I didn't know I have! :) Anyway, I bought a 2000 Formula TA on Good Friday, Black with T-top, M6, 44,000 miles, all stock except the SLP exhaust. The interior is clean, the exterior has rock chips on the bumper and light covers. Any scratches buffed out. I'm planing on enjoying it this summer before doing any mods like a Ram-air hood (already did the free ram air mod), 4.10's, Drag tires, new paint on the front, some engine bolt-ons...
The first pic was taken at a cruise-in at Quaker Steak and Lube. The second pic is my sister in her prom dress posing with my brand new 1978 TA. Wish I still had that car...
Looking forward to being a contributing member of this forum.:drivin:

I love '77 and '78 TA's. One of my favorites.
The 2000 is sweet too. Sounds like your on the right track with your planned mods. Ram Air hoods really set off ls1 ws6's, and the 4.10's should be a pretty cheap and easy way to improve your 1/4 mile with that six speed.
Have fun. :)
