Can i order a new faceplate part?

I got a Sony Xplod CD player but the faceplate glass where it says the song number, etc got a bad star shaped crack and now i can't see jack shit.
I was just wondering if it's possible to order a new glass piece or not.

You probably can if you can prove ownership of the HU. Contact Sony and find out.

you'll probably find, it will be just as expensive to buy a new head unit instead of just the face plate. that damn thing is probably 100 bucks or more. i think it was like 150 or so for my pioneer.. yeah, i just bought a new radio.

Yeah that's what i figured, it's too expensive.

I bought the thing second hand so i can't actually prove it's mine.

Try ebay. You can buy them on there sometimes at a good price somthimes it is cheaper to relace the the whole thing.
