I wanna race an SRT-4!!!

I've been really wanting to race an SRT-4 and there are a couple around town. Only problem is that every time I see one, I either can't get to it or I'm not in the Camaro. :brick: Today I got lucky though and one pulled up in the lane next to me. I was one car back and when he light turned green, he did the usual hot rodding trying to show me what was up. So, I hurried up and passed the car in front of me to get beside him. Problem was he wouldn't even look at me now. :lol: I guess I caught up too fast! I punched it trying to draw him out, but he wouldn't bite and turned off, so I'm still looking to get one to race...:burnout:

There slightly qucik, the prob is off the line they spin alot bc there FWD with 7inch wide tires. they make ok power when modded tho.

I raced my buddy's at the local 1/8th mile track. I gave him half a second head start off the tree (been working on my sucky reaction times). By the 60' I had hawked him down and kept putting distance on him all the way to the end of the track.

I really want to race a stage 2 SRT-4, but I have yet to find one that will race me...

I can't tell you how much i now how you feel. I want to race one so bad as well. But for now I am looking for a poor little evo 8 to beat down. they tend to never be out. I think they like to show off then tuck thier tails and :hide:

Ive whopped up on the stage 2s and the Evos and the STIs. Without the bottle i can beat up on the stage 2 srts, the Evos and the sti give me a good run. With the 125 shot though its a totally different story. They wish they never even tried.

ive race a srt4 with some mods it was kinda quick... i raced him 3 times killed him all 3 times the guy just didnt get it. one of the races he downshifted into his powerband jumped on me for about 2 seconds so i could downshift to 2nd and blew passed him like he wasnt going anywhere

For all you guys that wanna race one, take a friggin road trip to my neck of the woods. There are literally 100's of those annoying little punk cars around here. Stock, stg1,stg2 are not alot to worry about, stg 3 done correctly w/ good tuning can produce mid-low 12's and it's really trouble when they get the large turbo upgrage w/ a high capacity intercooler.....11's. I have had no trouble out of any around here and I've raced a stg2 from a 45 roll and by 120 I had 6-7 cars on him. From a dig is the way to really humiliate the srt4, fwd+ skinny pizza cutter tires= no traction.

yea around me they are running high 14's at a best that i have seen. but those were stage 1's running those times

Too bad you guys havn't raced any quick ones. Try a 50 trim SRT and see if its a lil more of a challenge :)

My cousin has an 05 SRT-4 with adjustable WG, borla exhaust and a few other bolt ons and even though we have never raced he drove my car and said i would kill him. A guy in his car club has Stage 2 with Toys, tuning, cams, exhaust, and other bolt ons and said that it could keep up with my car................................when my car didnt have the cam:burnout:
