its finally time to up grade the old ss. its got 110k miles and i finally have some extra cash. here is a list of what i plan to get...please take a look at my current mods to see if i should/shouldnt compatible wise get these parts....

ls6 intake
magnaflow exhaust
3.73 gears (motive or superior)
lowering springs(hotchkins or eibach)
strut tower brace(hotchkins or bmr)
struts (bilstein or kyb)
f/r anti sway bar(hotckins or bmr)

will i need a tune after the intake and the exhaust, considering i did do headers and never tuned?????

Sounds like a good setup. You will need a tune after the intake and if you have headers already with the catback you will see some improvement. Might want a ported t/b to go with it. If you lower it you will also need relocation brackets to level your rear lca's. I have the Eibach, KYb's. I love my setup.

The ABSOLUTE first mod I would recomend is subframe connectors, no matter what kind a racing your into $150-200 (the H and A shaped connectors are the best because they prevent unibody flex at any angle). Once lowered, you will also need an adjustable pan hard rod to recenter the rear end,$100. The lower control arm reloc. brackets are $70 and mine required cutting off a little of my emergency brake bracket to clear them. Not hard, you'll see....Other mods would be replace your ribbed bellows with straight turbo tubing going into the MAF, remove the MAF screen, K&N, MSD coil packs and plug wires a must. A little expensive at $550 for the coils but it gave me 15 rwhp on that mod alone!

Sorry, just now saw you already have sfc's and msd wires. Those e3's suck. better off going NGK iridium.
