better performing manifolds?

has anyone here installed either the BBK intake manifold for the LS1 or the LSX performance manifold. just wanted to know if it's that much free flowing than the LS6 intake manifold.

the bbk is good for forced induction and the lsx is good for more cubic inches.
the ls6 manifold is good for mild cam cars and less mods.
