So, like the question asks which one is the best in quality and performance? If you submit the other please list which one you like........sorry this is not for turbos, but for superchargers only.

There is really no "Best". Its what the person wants (budget allowed too), and what you want in your particular application.
Now if you mean preference...mine is Vortech. :yup:

Its all about preference. I went with a Procharger because I didn't want to cut my hood or drill my oil pan.

I had a powerdyne on my old 97 Z28. No oil pan drilling there and they are pretty cheap. But don't forget...you get what you pay for.

Superchargers are like paint jobs. You get what you pay for so don't chose a charger over another cuase of a price differance.

Oh yeah! Vortec. I don't have a charger but I've considered getting one now I'm leaning towards a turbo.

Procharger here. I've sold and installed 25+ of their kits and never had a problem.
However, I've sold 4 of the Vortech kits and had to send every sinlge one of them back for warranty work.

I am going to get a Procharger in the next few months...I don't like the idea of the oil pan being tapped at all.

long story short i ran some sand through my procharger and lt-1. procharger looked over the p1sc and even paid for the shipping both way's. i needed a new motor but the supercharger didn't cost me a thing.

I can't comment on the blowers listed cause I've never had them. I've heard bad things about powerdyne and older procharger blowers though. I'm a paxton fan.......my little novi 1k is putting out 14# boost and got me over 500rwhp on my stock bottom end 302.

Procharger! Without a doubt, I have seen, been in, and driven many supercharged vehicles, and everyone who is looking for "Maximum" performance, that I know will not touch anything but an ATI Procharger.

My sentiments exactly! Procharger P-1SC, now D-1SC and F-1R in the garage.

VORTECH Z

Both have there pros and cons but vortech T-trim here with front mount intercooler but I would rather it had really been made for the car.

I have a standard rotation F-1R I'm not using, because I would have to convert it to a reverse rotation for the vette. Besides I am in the process of adding a
Nitrous system. If anybody is interested in it let me know and I'll check and see how much I have in it.
